Job Title: Team Leader for Contact Centre
French Speaking
MUST HAVE WORKED IN FRANCE
Client/Industrie: International Consultancy

Qualification: Matric
Minimum 2 years of tertiary education or work experience in the field of business management or communication
Fluency in French and good command of English required
Job Description and Duties: Managing a team of rotating agents
Updating Contact Center procedures and train stuff on the procedures
Provide statistic reports relating to the Contact Center activities
Answering customer queries
Additional requirements: Position requires a dynamic personality, good training skills and the ability to work under pressure
Remuneration package
Salary: Negotiable, market related

Work Permit: can be organized
