Arbeiten in Kapstadt (Work in Cape Town) is a recruitment agency specialising in the placement of German speaking personnel into local German businesses. Our website serves as a platform from which we effectively match vacancies offered by companies with job seekers of all capacities.

Between 40.000 and 60.000 Germans permanently reside in Cape Town. There are more than 600 German companies in South Africa. These companies are regarded highly in terms of their turnover and state-of the art technology, providing jobs for a workforce of more than 90.000 people. The majority of these businesses are based in Cape Town and many of these companies are looking regularly for German speaking personnel – just like you.

It is Arbeiten in Kapstadt‘s top priority to find the most suitable personnel for these companies and to fill vacant positions adequately.

    3. Conditions

Our Service Packages, SEARCH LIGHT and SEARCH COMFORT, are free of charge until a contract with a suitable candidate has been signed. Only then do we charge a placement fee. Our fees are below the average price norm of other recruitment agencies.

For our Service Package SEARCH LIGHT and up to an annual salary package of R 60 000 we charge a fixed amount of R5000 for each placement. For an annual package of over R 60 000 we charge 13% pro rata.

Due to our higher consultancy service, our Service Package SEARCH COMFORT is charged at 16% pro rata from the annual salary package.
