Our Service Packages, SEARCH LIGHT and SEARCH COMFORT, are free of charge until you have signed a contract with a suitable candidate. Only then do we charge a placement fee. Our fees lie below the average price norm of other recruitment agencies.
For our Service Package SEARCH LIGHT and up to an annual salary package of R 60 000 we charge a fixed amount of R5000 for each placement. For an annual package of over R 60 000 we charge 13% pro rata.
Due to our higher consultancy service, our Service Package SEARCH COMFORT is charged at 16% pro rata from the annual salary package.
